home tips to reduce weight

1) Reduce your weekly sugar consumption -actually consume very little sugar.
2) Avoid oily food
3) Stop eating junk food or ordering food from take-aways etc
4) Start exercising. Jogging, running, swimming and cycling are excellent ways to be fit, but if you find themboring, you can start a team sport such as volleyball, basketball etc
5) Drink a lot of water. It makes you feel full and forget about having extra meals and snacks
6) Have healthy snacks among your main meals if you are still hungry
7) Consume reasonable quantities of food per meal. It is supposed that you keep your weight normal when you stop eating when you ae still a little hungry,
8) If you fight boredom with food, take up new activities in order to hve less time to sit in front of the TV and eat
