The home tips experienced successful for reducing my weight are:
1.Managing nutritional diet as per sex,age,body requirement with
suitable selection of menue in my kitchen at weekly roster.
2.I wake early in the morning,mange some warming up exercises,do meditationand manage practical yoga excersises/SURYA NAMSKAR.
3.Sometimes I manage for BP Excercises suggestted in SCOUTING & GUIDING MOVEMENT also
4.Sometimes I manage for Kathak dance for routine weekly way.
5.I have strict descipline for going to bed.
