1. Wake up at 6 am ,after wash ,take black tea i cup with 2 buiscut\
2. very moderate warm up excercise and little streaching
3.sit in a asana position .inhale by count of 8 ,hold the breadth by count of 8 and then release the breadth by counting 8 .This is called Tai Chi ,a chineese meditation .do it for 4 times daily with out fail
5. Eat fish but not other non veg if u are non vegi .Eat i bowl of dal and two bowl of rice with i bowl of sabji for lanch and diner .before sleeping take one cup of cofee or milk .
do it for 3 months
u will loose 10 kg
