food to relax at Depression time
Depression is caused by a deficiency in iron, vitamin B12, vitamin B6, vitamin B5, potassium, zinc, and copper.... seriously, google to see for yourself!! nutrition has a MAJOR effect on our emotions. you might want to get your nutrient levels for these nutrients in particular checked by the doctor/nurse. they will take a blood test to see if you're low in any of them. You might want to take a vitamin B-complex supplement (it's like a multivitamin, but has only the B-vitamins in them). eat some spirulina (it's a superfood that has many of the B-vitamins in them) and it's sold at health food stores, like Whole Foods. google for more info.
